Recently, the kick-off meeting for the EPC general contracting project of the whole plant system engineering and public auxiliary engineering of the Shenhua Baotou Coal-to-Olefins Upgrading Demonstration Project, which is under the general contracting of CNCEC-TCC. The project will construct an annual output of 2 million tons of methanol (pure basis), 750,000 tons of polyolefins, and supporting auxiliary units. The project adopts domestic key equipment, simultaneously promotes the construction of smart chemical engineering, and realizes the efficient utilization of resources by integrating and optimizing the public utility facilities of the first-phase project. It is of great significance for promoting the technological independent innovation and industrial upgrading of China's coal chemical industry.

近日，中國化學(xué)天辰公司總承包的神華包頭煤制烯烴升級示范項目全廠系統(tǒng)工程、公輔工程EPC總承包項目開工會在天辰公司隆重召開。國能包頭煤化工有限公司董事長郭亮東、副總經(jīng)理王軍光；中國化學(xué)天辰公司黨委副書記、總經(jīng)理梁軍湘，副總經(jīng)理卞明、吉利出席本次會議。

梁軍湘表示，天辰公司將秉承高度的責(zé)任感和使命感，堅持以“提供讓客戶感動的服務(wù)”為宗旨，以“起步就是沖刺、開局即是決戰(zhàn)”的昂揚姿態(tài)，加強溝通、優(yōu)化資源調(diào)配，確保項目高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高質(zhì)量、按期完成。

開工會上，雙方對項目的項目管理、設(shè)計、采購、施工、進度等方面進行了深入溝通，就項目執(zhí)行過程中的重難點問題進行了充分討論，同時制定了系統(tǒng)化預(yù)案，為項目順利推進筑牢保障根基。

據(jù)悉，項目將建設(shè)年產(chǎn)200萬噸甲醇（折純）及75萬噸聚烯烴及配套附屬裝置。該項目采用國產(chǎn)化關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，同步推進智慧化工廠建設(shè)，并通過整合優(yōu)化一期項目公用工程設(shè)施，實現(xiàn)資源高效利用，對推動我國煤化工行業(yè)技術(shù)自主創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級具有重要意義。
